Photographs of the architectures of the Senate of the Italian Republic in Rome

Interior and exterior spaces of the Italian Republic Senate for the publication of a book on the Senate building, Palazzo Madama in Rome Italy.

I’ve been recently assigned to photograph the Giardino degli Aranci (The Orange Garden) and the Scala di San Luigi dei Francesi (Monumental Staircase of St. Louis de France) with its recently restored massive wooden coffered ceiling.

The photographic work has been developed in several sessions, in order to take advantage of the optimal weather and lighting conditions. Night sessions required some coordination with the lighting technicians.
